I have had limited access to this site, and it has been a thorn in my side for quite some time. It seems a lot of people that I direct here cannot see the full site, and over the years links have broken down, and my space has become more and more limited. I have continued to my writing journey, though the last thing I had published was a short story included in the book, Remnants, which went out of print shortly after it's creation. I have heard roumers of it's revival, but ...

Stephen -
I have just read your short story entitled "Afterlife." While I honestly do not think it was the best written, nor the most entertaining in the collection The Bazaar of Bad Dreams (of those I have read so far The Bone Church was probably the best written and Morality was the most entertaining) I have to comment on this story in particular.
I have chosen not to send you this letter for many reasons. One - you probably get ...

After I completed the second draft of Star Song, I submitted the manuscript to a "real publisher." To my great surprised they called me back! Then they said something I'd never thought I'd hear..."You'll have to pay for the marketing costs."
What? I thought finding a real publisher meant that they would cover those costs and take it out of book sales... but not these guys - they claimed I wasn't going to have to pay for them to publish my book...just to market it. ...

Star Song is in it's second draft, and continually being revised and edited. The process has slowed, but my excitement for this story is still great. As I am working on it, I am trying to tie the pieces together. To write this novel I started out writing several short stories around a central theme. The narative takes place over many years, so the characters and plots are allowed to change, all while one final build up to the finale takes place. This is an epic a...

Star Song, my first novel, and most recent accomplishment in writing, is nearing completion. I am proud and excited to announce that this sci-fi epic should be done in the summer. I have been writing this book for a few years now, around other projects, and I'm pretty confident that it's almost where I want it to be now.
I was inspired by Isaac Asimov's Foundation series, as well as Ray Bradbury and Arthur C. Clarke. Most of my fiction up to this poi...

I have began the process to get my books into the Norman Public Library. This is my first attempt to do so, and while I don't expect to earn any more dinero with this plan, I may be able to accumulate more readers. Here's to the future!

My two short stories, Hell to Pay, and Suffering the Little Angels will be available in the Kindle Store within 48 hours! These two stories go together, and tell the story of Reggie and Janet Jackson (not the popular ones). How far will Janet go to rescue her beloved from the underworld? This is like a comedic Dante's Inferno. $0.99 each!

I have completed my collection of poetry/stories dedicated to my grandfater. "We Remember, Gene Lee" has been a 3 year project and collaboration with my family. The book is not available to the public, but it was a project for my family and for me personally. You can see the cover (hero shot of my grandfather) in the art section!
Suffering the Little Angles is now an E-book you can find on the Nook for $0.99! The cover art is also in my art section......

My original story, Hell to Pay, is featured as an E-Book on Amazon.Com and also included in my 3rd collection of short stories: The Cryogenic Conundrum and 10 Other Funny Fictions.
I'm currently writing part 2! The title (right now) is "Suffering, the little Angels" and it focuses on Reggie's widdow, Janet Jackson - not, not THE Janet Jackson, but A Janet Jackson. Janet has a hard time when her husband dies...but an even harder time when she finds out he's...
